Family Healthcare of Manchester is unique in that it is a wholly-owned and operated Nurse Practitioner medical facility. Nurse Practitioners are uniquely qualified and trained to serve patients with a whole-person perspective. We focus on educating patients to make healthy choices pertaining to food, exercise and medication, utilizing physical assessments, counseling and educational resources. We have been serving Coffee County and the surrounding areas for many years and have had the pleasure of helping our patients reach and maintain their health and wellness goals.

We have recently added several aesthetic procedures that enhance overall wellbeing. By using non-surgical radio frequency technology and cellular rejuvenation techniques, Patients have the opportunity to experience elective procedures here in our community, without the need to travel to larger metropolitan areas.

We currently have two board-certified Nurse Practitioners on staff, Bridget O. George and Rachel F. Rollins.

Bridget O’Donnell George, APN

Bridget is a long-time resident of Coffee County and has been providing patient care to area residents since 1998. Bridget holds advanced degrees in nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and an advanced post master’s degree in family medicine from The George Washington University. She began her career as a nurse working in critical care and in emergency rooms across several area hospitals. She made the move to private practice as a nurse practitioner and is now the owner of her own thriving medical practice.

Bridget is also a mother and grandmother who loves spending time with her family. Caring for others is a family trait as Bridget’s three sisters are all nurses and her niece, a Nurse Practitioner with Family Healthcare.

Rachel Ferrell Rollins, APN

Rachel was born and raised here in Manchester, Tennessee. Rachel received her degree in nursing from Middle Tennessee State University. She has worked in the hospital environment across multiple Intensive Care Units, caring for patients in cardiovascular and transplant units. Rachel received her master’s degree in advanced nursing from Austin Peay University and is now a Nurse Practitioner with Family Healthcare.

Rachel and her husband have also ventured into raising livestock on their farm, as well as raising their young family here in our community.
